Over the past 11 years I have witnessed Sandy Setliff at work in various positions of responsibility in our communities and around the world…Sandy is a real pleasure to work with. She has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor.
Having worked alongside Sandy Setliff for 13 years I personally witnessed her skill at managing multiple programs with well above average results. She has the perspective of a seasoned leader yet is quite able to execute with the detail of the best managers. I initially met Sandy Setliff 20 years ago as she served as a volunteer working with inner-city kids. If you are looking for someone to watch for your best interests and help you, it would serve you well to be associated with her. Sandy is wonderful!
Sandy Setliff was a blessing. Her integrity, timeliness and efficiency made the whole process of buying a home enjoyable. She just continued to remain positive by saying “There is a house out there for you!” even when I was doubtful. My prayer for her is that she will become very successful in the Real Estate industry and continue to bless other clients.
Sandy Setliff is exceptionally knowledgeable of today’s market. She went the extra mile to get our house sold. She is dependable, hardworking, and had an ability to communicate to us the next steps in our journey. The most important thing to us was being able to trust an agent through the ups and downs and she was definitely the one. Best decision we ever made!
We love Sandy! Sandy Setliff helped my future husband and I buy our first home. She was great with helping out on all the “Lingo” we were uneducated on. She always answered her phone the second we called, and emails were replied to always within the hour! We had many tough sellers, and Sandy always had great advice on the next step we should take in the house buying process. She had great input on every decision we made, and made sure to always keep us updated with every step that was being made. We could not recommend ANYBODY better than Sandy!
My husband and I recently purchased a home and Sandy Setliff was our agent. She was very professional and responsive to our needs. My husband uses a wheelchair so our requirements were very specific and Sandy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we were well informed during the entire home buying process. Sandy is very knowledgeable of the Dallas area market, including Plano, McKinney, Frisco and points beyond.
Sandy Setliff was such a blessing to our family through the selling and buying process. She helped make a very stressful time in our lives bearable. She is a person of her word and stands on integrity. We will recommend Sandy to all my friends and family!

Sandy Setliff, a longtime resident of North Texas, specializes in residential real estate sales in Northern Collin County...but she has been known to stray to other parts of the DFW Metroplex for her clients! Her interest in Real Estate began with a move from Texas to California for job purposes in 2004. The move showcased the vast differences in home values and styles in geographic regions. This piqued her interest and prompted Sandy to begin studying and learning about the many facets of Real Estate.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Sandy spent 18 years with Delta Air Lines; predominantly in Call Center Management in Dallas. When approached by the International Christian Disability Non-Profit Joni and Friends about leading the efforts to open a branch in Dallas, Sandy accepted the challenge. After leading the local chapter for a number of years she was offered a position in the organization's headquarters and relocated to Southern California where she served in Project Management and eventually became the Director of Human Resources.
Family health issues and being a member of the sandwich generation prompted a move back to Texas in 2009. Once settled back in her home state of Texas Sandy ventured full time into Real Estate but still finds the time to volunteer and support several non-profits including Powered to Move, Joni and Friends and the Melissa Community Outreach Center Food Pantry. She serves on the Anna Planning and Zoning Commission and is a member of the Anna Chamber of Commerce and Grace and Peace Presbyterian Church.
As a full time REALTOR with JP & Associates REALTORS, Sandy is dedicated to meeting her clients' needs and exceeding their expectations. Her designations include GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). Sandy feels her strengths in Real Estate lie in supporting property owners to prepare and sell their homes for the best price in the most efficient timeframe. However, a number of the buyers she has served would argue that her strengths are in helping buyers find and purchase just the right home. Either way, Sandy enjoys assisting families and individuals with their Real Estate needs. "I like helping people. Real Estate is an excellent way to help people and gain some lifelong friends along the way!"
I read recently that the CEO of Zillow.com, Spencer Rascoff collected
"I initially met Sandy Setliff 20 years ago as she served as a volunteer working with inner-city kids. If you are looking for someone to watch for your best interests and help you, it would serve you well to be associated with her. Sandy is wonderful! "
